4.破碎系统刀具采用SKD-11合金刀具，处理硬度达到HR58度，在保证高耐磨性的情况下也能保证粉碎刀片一定的韧性，结构设计为八字形交替剪切构造，电线粉碎设备外壳采用水冷系统，避免了长时间工作产生物料发热熔融。

4.Crushing system adopts SKD-11 alloy cutting tool, the processinghardness is HR58. It can ensure the high-wearing resistance as wellas a certain tenacity of the crushing blade. The structure isdesigned as splayed alternate shearing structure, the shell of wiregrinding equipment adopts water cooling system, thus avoiding,material heating and melting after long time operation.

5.整套设备为全封闭运行，并配有先进的脉冲除尘系统，有效的将生产过程中的灰尘收集并由灰尘排出口排放。

6.根据各国所生产的铜米机能回收到纯度99.5%以上的铜，会有3-5%的铜粉以及毛丝铜会随着分选过程流失到塑料里面的情况，我公司配有静电精选设备，将塑料中残存的铜分选出来，达到了铜里面看不到塑料，塑料里面看不到铜的效果。
