其中SY节能环保型静电分选机（又名高压静电分选机、高压静电分离机），是本公司与北京大学，中国矿业大学，中国静电协会等多家大专院校及科研单位合作，在不断吸取国内外各种分选技术的基础上开发静电分选设备，通过多年的实践与理论分析获得的优异效果，分选后的杂质可≤1%，即分选效果可以达到99.9%，并且属于完全物理分离，节能环保，分选后的各种物料的性质都不改变，不影响再生利用。该装置首先通过电晕放电发生装置使周围空气层产生电离，然后利用电容率的不同从粉碎后的物料中分离出金属与塑料（导体和非导体）。
The energy-savingand environmentally friendly SY type electrostatic separator(alias: high-pressure electrostatic sorting machine orhigh-pressure electrostatic separator) is developed through ourcooperation and our domestic trade and research units such asPeking University, China University of Mining and ElectrostaticAssociation of China etc. on the basis of constantly talkingdomestic and foreign various separation techniques. Through yearsof practice and theoretical analysis, we obtain the best separationresult and the impurity after separation is ≤ 1%and the best result can reach 99.9%. It reflects energy-saving andenvironmental protection and belongs to complete physicalseparation after which, the property of various separated materialsdoes not change, so it does not affect recycling. First through theseparator corona discharge generating device, it produces ionize inthe surrounding air layer, and then metal and plastic (conductorsand non-conductors) are separated from the crushed materials by thedifferent permittivity.
新装置的优点在于无需化学药品来融化废弃物，因此不会对环境产生污染。它能够把废弃物中99%以上的金、银、铜、铝、不锈钢等金属与塑料分离开。
The advantages ofnew device lie in that it needs not to use chemicals to dissolvewastes thus there's no pollution produced to environment. It isable to separate the plastics from metals such as gold, silver,copper, aluminium, stainless steel etc. which account for over 99%of the wastes.
另外针对静电分离对废旧覆铜板、废旧电线的分离纯度高而产量比较小，我公司开发的多滚筒静电分离机和根据粉碎后电路板中铜粉与环氧树脂粉（铜丝与电线皮）的密度比重差距比较大的原理，于2005年研制出了废旧电路板气流分选机在保障分选效果的同时解决了分离产量问题。
